Here’s what’s included:

✅ All utilities included — no extra bills for water, heat, electricity, or Wi-Fi

✅ Washer and dryer in each unit — free laundry access, right where you live

✅ Access to multiple streaming services — enjoy entertainment and relaxation in your downtime

✅ Basic groceries and toiletries provided at move-in — we supply your first few essentials to get you started

✅ Help applying for food assistance (EBT/SNAP) — we’ll walk you through the application process

✅ Month-to-month living arrangement — with structured support and accountability

✅ $300 community fee — covers shared amenities, initial supplies, and upkeep
